Year Contract Monthly Rates
When adding additional members called sub accounts to the couples or family memberships- DO NOT add a plan to them as this will create a duplicate charge. Only add a plan to the primary account. Please call or stop in during staffing hours and we can make sure accounts are set up properly.
Monthly No Contract Rates

Year Membership Paid in Full

$5.00 per additional members for tanning package on same plan.
*Family memberships include children 14 and older living in the same household.
Cancelation of any membership plan must give a written 30 day notice. Cancelation of a contracted membership, a 30-day notice and a $50 contract breach payment must be paid. For year memberships paid in full there are no refunds.
